The ACi4400 series is a fully compatible alternative to the classic 119 x 119 x 38 mm AC fans, simply upgrade the technology to reduce energy costs. The ACi4400 series has been designed to replace conventional AC fans that use low efficiency shaded-pole motors with GreenTech EC compact fans for the ultimate combination of high performance, compactness, and efficiency.

GreenTech EC – the technology combining the best of all technological worlds. In technical terms, GreenTech EC technology can be referred to as “soft commutation", representing as it does a combination of commutation strategy and motor design. The tangible result for customers is low-noise operation with no structure-borne noise. In other words, we employ various designs of permanent magnet motor to obtain the best possible performance for each application and for every power range required. Intelligent electronics provide compensation for synchronization tolerances, leaving our customers to enjoy only the positive aspects. What’s more, GreenTech EC motors and fans can be used absolutely anywhere: They are suitable for operation in both DC and AC systems (single and 3-phase). Size is now no longer a problem either: By completely integrating the electronics into the motor, the dimensions of many of our EC fans are exactly the same as those of their AC equivalents.
